Watched the teaser trailer of Namit Malhotra's Ramayana. Yes, the title is "Namit Malhotra's Ramayana". So the producer has taken full ownership and we know whose colossal ego to blame if we don't like the film. Every milli-second of the trailer is VFX, Nothing looks natural, not the colours and certainly not Nature—trees, waterfall, lake, fire. The monsters are from Game of Thrones and other popular Western fantasy franchises. Zero Indic touch. The vibe is video game + the Hobbit trilogy (not even Lord of the Rings). Adipurush tried this, and we know what happened to that one. I wish Namit Malhotra all the best for his Ramayana.

Hrithik has two ways now —
He is looking at ways to change the script to fit a lower budget.
