On the Third Commandment, "The Sabbath was kept holy from the time of the liberation of the people of Israel... the obligation was to cease with the abrogation of the Jewish worship... and it therefore was no longer obligatory after the death of Christ." Catechism of the Council of Trent (1566)
Christians observe the Lord's Day on Sundays instead, still fulfilling the moral command to dedicate a day to God but no longer the ceremonial Jewish Sabbath.
St Ignatius of Antioch said Christians, "no longer observe the Sabbath, but live in observance of the Lord's Day."
St Paul covers this in Colossians 2:16; Galatians 4:9–10; Romans 14:5.

Christians should not observe the Sabbath or other Jewish customs:
“It is absurd to speak of Jesus Christ with the tongue, and to cherish in the mind a Judaism which has now come to an end. For where there is Christianity, there there is no Judaism. But where there is Judaism, there is no Christianity. For the Christian who is truly marked out by the name does not belong to yesterday. Christianity did not believe in Judaism, but Judaism believed in Christianity, so that every tongue confessing might be gathered together to God.”

The UN is attempting to create a global famine. It’s long outserved its usefulness, if it was ever useful. (I don’t think so.) The United States should begin the process of leaving the UN immediately.
