Scholarships do not give a full ride, unless you’re an athlete. You can’t deny that

First come first serve and even if you are first, you still will most likely either have to suffer through student loans or pay out of pocket

The degree he got most likely landed him the job at the irs since you would need either the correct qualifications or relevant experience. Most poor black families can’t afford that.
