The IMF just instructed Nigeria to slap more fuel and telecom taxes on its citizens. I don’t remember any Nigerian ever casting a vote for the IMF, and they’ve certainly never appeared on any election ballot.

In 99% of firefights, both sides do not have visual contact on the other. It's a game of shooting towards the sound of gunfire, hoping it registers a hit. This is the reality of combat..not what you see in action movies.
