Again, if you had the evidence and the merit, then it would've been brought before the court. The simple fact is that Erin & co. didn't. Meaning the position is unfounded and moot. You don't get to relitigate it on social media. That breaches court orders.

It doesn't matter whether they tag petitioner or not. The order is clear: to cease any talk and all mentions, references, or anything else even remotely related to petitioner. That also includes to third party, like you.

By them continuing to "defend" themselves, to which they lost the right to do so, they further the contempt and escalate the situation. If Erin & co. just stopped and complied, this could have been over already. It may feel unfair, however that does not mean it is.

Which again, you are wrong about. You're victim blaming here. Do you even understand what preceded the Cease and Desist? It is Erin & co. not abiding by a facebook group's rules. Them being told no. And then they decide to dig their heels and harassing the petitioner.

Erin has attempted to argue exactly that in court, which got struck down by the judge. It was struck down because there was actual harassment going on by Erin & co. that they need to stop. That is the end of it. Whatever you try to "point out" is factually wrong.

If court is not the place to resolve disputes, then what is court for? Erin & co. are the ones that initiated the harassment. They were requested through a cease and desist to stop. They continued. The logical next step is to involve the court. That cannot be considered abuse.

The only proper, and appropriate, venue this belongs is with the court. The continued public assertions do not alter the judicial findings and, depending on their nature, can themselves carry legal implications.

Again, what has been posted do not, prima facie, satisfy the statutory elements of the accusations made, nor any other unlawful conduct. There are specific legal criteria, or elements, and evidentiary standard that are assessed by the court.

So far, Erin & co. are repeatedly shown to be in contempt of court. Ignoring court orders, and keeps going on with the same conduct that got them restraining orders in the first place. You are aiding and abetting that. You would be wise to drop it yourself as well.

So far, to me, it seems part of gathering information in part for the court, but also in part to prepare for service. You may not agree with it, or see it as a too charitable view of the situation. However, that is likely also how to court would approach this as.

It is determined by the court in Kansas that she is the victim. Not by me. I have no say over that. Further, under Kansas Law (K.S.A. 21-5427), stalking requires specific details. Details beyond what is being alleged and provided.
