I think Sansa’s upbringing was because Catelyn has gotten comfortable and secure in the North. She leaned too far into Northern culture and forgot there’s the other 6 kingdoms to deal with and what usually happens to girls whose family holds political power.

Raven’s first Disney project aired when she was 14 years old. Lizzie McGuire filmed its pilot that next year. Miley was like 6 at the time.
