I strongly condemn the reported remarks by Hon. Kangogo Bowen against @TimKipchumba . Calling someone “the stupidity and the agendaless open mouthed fool” is not leadership. There is nothing honorable in such conduct. It is shameful, abusive, and wholly unbecoming of a senior Member of Parliament, my own Member of Paraliament, Elected by own people and the Chairperson of the National Assembly’s Departmental Committee on Blue Economy, Water and Irrigation. My earlier post only raised a valid question about the status of the teachers’ toilet at Kapsanayan, Kapyego Ward. As a citizen of Marakwet East, there was nothing in that question that justified such abuse. Leaders must answer citizens with facts and respect, not insults. Hon. Bowen should apologize and focus on serving the people of Marakwet East and Kenya. #itesait
