@IkeagoneKatz @clarkshelp Well they've told me 14 days from when they receive them, they'll issue a refund, then another 5-7 days before I get a refund. So 3 weeks all in. Hilarious!!! They have received them, proof provided but say they haven't. Don't buy from Clarks, it's shameful ๐Ÿ˜”

@virginmedia would you like to tell me why I've not Internet again for the 4th afternoon running? I work for NHS & from home at the moment. Any ideas? You sent me a booster Box out a couple of months ago and charge me an extra ยฃ5 a month for the privilege. Really not good enough!
