@jwalms93 Particle model first and then spec order for everything else. Chem is tough with C3 needing maths skills not all our pupils have so tend to re-teach in Y11. Have seen a model where the later “easier” chem units taught first. Not sure how I feel about that!

@JEM_Science @vdeer70 It's linked to our whole school rewards scheme - students collect tokens in lessons for great work/homework streaks etc. They can save up 50 tokens for various vouchers, right down to 5 tokens for a cold snack. It's 15 for a book from the vending machine.

Does secondary school in the West Mids have a book vending machine?? I’d like to have a chat about how you use it!
