@Aryx3D None of that is feedback. It's just criticism. The only glimmer of feedback you can get from that is an over reliance on normals (Which for a game ready model makes complete sense, that's the whole point of baking??). What you set out to do is what you achieved. It looks great

“Staff breaking NDA has never been a problem, everyone does it”. Okay so.. no. Rockstar has fired staff for leaks. Epic are suing a former staff member for leaking information about a Fortnite season. Nintendo has fired a few people over the years for leaking everything from switch skins to smash bros characters. A whole Batman game was cancelled due to leaks. Possibility space closed due to leaks and the publisher lost trust in the studio. Just because you don’t hear about it doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Most of the time this is hidden behind closed doors. Studios don’t like to publicise firing people for gross misconduct. It’s also not really newsworthy. I’ve seen it happen twice in the last year. “But it’s just art, it’s not important”. You don’t really get to decide what isn’t and isn’t important. NDAs can be unreasonable, but they exist for a reason. Read your NDAs. Don’t sign them if you don’t agree with them, or negotiate terms. You have the right to do that, but you don’t have the right to decide whether to uphold it after signing. Again good terms to negotiate: - Release of work if project is cancelled. - Release of work on launch. - Right to show the work in a private portfolio with “used with permission” if your contract is terminated before release through no fault of your own. You’d still be liable for leaks.

@TheArtofBella Ended up in an industry where I still do the same job as a games artist but the negative is I don't get to be artistically creative. It's all representative of the real word for training purposes

@TheArtofBella Graduating in 2019 was rough. Nowhere wanted to hire entry for remote and by the time things got better we were no longer considered graduates which locked us out from a lot of graduate schemes. Like a lot of people I graduated with, I gave up on my dreams of being in games.
