In the past year, not only did the packaging become cheap but so did the contacts material ... making eyes itchy, scratchy and unwearable. Read the thread below and this is exactly what I have been experiencing. Cheapening such an important thing is a crime. VISION IS NOT A PLACE TO CUT COSTS! BRING BACK THE QUALITY, ORIGINAL MATERIALS, PACKAGING and ALL THAT WAS USED TO CREATE THE BEST CONTACTS IN THE WORLD and fire everyone who made these cheap and disastrous alterations.

@JNJVision - On 6/3/24 I purchased a year supply of contacts for my twins.  I forgot to submit rebate. I submitted on 9/8, but was past the 2 mnth.  I messaged customer service, but they couldn't help.  As a long time customer, I was wondering if there was any way to rectify?
