This whole saga reminds me of when people wanted Hendrick to keep Kahne in 2017 because "Byron isn't ready." He was ready by 2019. And Bowman is running even worse than Kahne was. This is going to look so silly in a few years.

Bowman feels like 2002-03 Steve Park at this point. It's sad, but there's really no merit-based way to justify running him back another year. Corey Day might not be ready to win Cup races yet, but I'd rather take my chances and speed up the process.

Only penalty from Pocono is two-race suspension for two Casey Mears crew members for wheel coming off. I don't believe Beard Motorsports isn't going to Sonoma (and not entered for San Diego).

Ok can I just ask though, WHY does bowman have a job as long as he wants it? I find it hard to believe that’s really the case and he’s completely safe at Hendrick. Hes more likely to miss multiple races a year then he is to win a race in any given year. That is unacceptable.

I've always enjoyed hearing @keselowski talk about racing. He's thoughtful, analytical, and has a way of explaining things that makes you see the race from a different perspective. One day, I really hoped we'd get to see both him and @KyleBusch in the booth after they retired. The debates, the strategy discussions, the stories, and the sheer amount of racing knowledge between them would've been incredible! With as much racing knowledge as those two have/had, I think they would've made a fantastic pairing. It's another one of those things I never realized I'd miss until I no longer had the chance to see it happen.

The Winn Dixie 250 race name got me feeling all nostalgic again.

Sunday at Pocono, three Hendrick drivers fought for the win. The fourth finished 27th. He’s 32nd in points, hasn’t won since 2024, and he’s in a contract year — with a Hendrick prospect already sitting there waiting for the seat. Three cars fighting for trophies. One fighting for his job. #NASCAR

@JRake_88 As painful as it is, I hope they never stop. Once they do it will feel like people have forgotten about him. I never will there’s reminders of him everywhere at home

@LCRicky As an Earnhardt fan I totally understand. No doubt they’ll do one at the 2027 Daytona 500 & I would imagine next year’s 600 since it’ll be 1 year. I know they’ve usually done them for Dale when it was 5, 10, 20 & 25 years. No doubt Kyle will always be talked about & remembered.
