@KPNwebcare Ja, dat begrijp ik. Dat is de reden dat ik het vraag want ik heb meer data nodig en dat wordt me beloofd maar er zitten weer kleine lettertjes aan die niet eens worden getoond. Knap staaltje misleidende marketing

@JSExpert @JSExpert Helaas hebben we geen opties om de bundel eerder te activeren, ben ik bang. Zoals ook eerder genoemd, in de MijnKPN app onder alle bundels kun je terugvinden hoeveel data je nog hebt.

@KPNwebcare die chatbot is echt totaal nutteloos. Ik wil weten of mijn unlimited abbo nu al 75 gb per maand in EU heeft (normaliter zou mijn bundel over 10 dagen weer vernieuwen)

@KPNwebcare Super leuk, als ik er nu wat aan zou hebben. Ik zit nu in het buitenland en heb die bundel eigenlijk nodig. De SMS is net zo cryptisch " Let op: je ziet jouw verbeterde bundels in de loop van de maand terug in de MijnKPN app", dat zegt niks toch?

@JSExpert @JSExpert Super leuk toch dat we je bundel verhogen? ;) Als het goed is, heb je er ook een sms over ontvangen met meer informatie. Op de eerste zal je dagbundel verhoogd zijn. Na de volgende periode wordt de bundel voor in het buitenland (binnen de EU) verhoogd.

@KPNwebcare Ik heb een unlimited abbo. Ingegaan voordat al die varianten zijn geintroduceerd. De email zei per 1 sept. dus logischerwijs verwacht ik dan ook per 1 sept. een upgrade, er staat niks over ingangsdatum=bundel datum. Upgrade is ook niet zichtbaar in de KPN-app.

@JSExpert @JSExpert Het is natuurlijk wel zo prettig om te weten welke bundel je hebt. Mocht je er bericht over hebben gehad, dan gaat het op de eerst volgende periode in dat je bundel vernieuwd wordt. In de MijnKPN App: obi41.nl/y6w2zbyw kun je het ook terug zien ;)
