this is what it was like at Ceres btw (restaurant/bar at the bottom of the CBOT building) you'd order a "jack and coke" and they'd give you a glass full of Jack and a can of coke little old American ladies would serve them to you and if it wasn't them it was the fresh off the Boat 20 year old Bulgarians they had in the 2000's. they'd come around with popcorn and sometimes even pizza for the boys (and grills) many interesting nights started at 141 w. Jackson 😛 🌾
