customer care from both @JTsocial and @SureGuernsey is poor. Our internet contract is with JT but our loss of connectivity is due to Sure’s carelessness. Neither give a damn and we happen to be paying for that.

@JTGlobalHelp @JTsocial why is Internet down at 4/500mb, constant problems and streaming issues. Seems to never get near a 1gb connection recently, what's going on?? Paying a lot for a shit service.

i give up trying to climb faceit until @JTGlobalHelp fixes their shit. permanent 5-10% packetloss 90 ping teleporting everywhere internet cuts out every 20 mins for 5 mins. for £75 pounds we get 5mbs if we are lucky down and 0.2 up. for £75 pounds anywhere else youd get gigabit
