She is the Founder & CEO at Jacaranda Hub, an organization that aims at developing young people through the provision of collective services, infrastructure and specialized tools and equipment for common use among the young and aspiring MSMEs with growth potential. Mara is also the City Leader for Founders Live - a global ecosystem connecting entrepreneurs to people, resources, capital and global exposure they need for success. Prior to this, Mara served as the Chief Executive Officer for Payments Association of Zambia (PAYZ). She serves on various boards including Smart Zambia Institute and Play it Forward.
