My main criticism of OnlyFans and similar sites isnโt the nudity (though this line of attack is valid), itโs that millions of women are essentially running what amounts to a romance scam. Wholesale fraud. Beyond that, most OnlyFans girls have a typer/chatter (typically male, or now AI) that does the chatting. If you claim the men get to talk to YOU (for money) but itโs actually someone else, thatโs misrepresentation and fraud. Porn production has its defenders, but the intentional creation of fake relationships for profit is undeniably wrong. The scam/fraud aspect is completely indefensible: 1. Selling the illusion of personal connection 2. Fabricated intimacy for financial gain 3. Pay-to-progress โrelationship stepsโ 4. Emotional baiting and withholding 5. False exclusivity 6. Dangling a potential future 7. Targeting vulnerable or lonely individuals
