Losing Inside the NBA is something that will hurt the league in the long run IMO, but it’s also funny to me that the league killed it before Draymond could join full-time.

Kinda surprised C’s used their first round pick, but Baylor was someone I assumed was on their radar. Maybe ideal to move back a few spots to save some luxury tax $, pick up another 2nd rounder, but if they like him they should take him when he’s there. Good pick IMO.

@SnottieDrippen Also felt like the West bracket was so matchup-dependent and Dallas got some pretty great ones. They could have a better record next year and just run into the wrong team in the 2nd round.

Other teams out west will be positioned to improve, they need to add more shooting and Luka has to be in better shape, other than the Warriors and the Cavaliers (And now Boston) recently, teams don't normally get back to the Finals repeatedly

For all the people saying “Mavs won’t be back,” what’s the reasoning for that? This team made it to the finals after only being together for 4-5 months. Continuity will be even better. They aren’t losing their 2nd best player this summer like they did in ‘22. Lively will improve
