Absolutely not. It seems like a lot of people do not remember how this worked out last time. It just made people smurf, or quit the game bc they could play with friends. Ubisoft has gotten better but is definitely still not on top of smurfing at all. Allow 5 stacks to play together with any ranks, and match make off the top rank. This isn’t hard.
