The @TMobile Customer Experience Center is truly an experience - and please don’t call it a “call center”. A great leadership team/amenities -few organizations have. It is customer/employee centered - and Rochester is so fortunate to have a CES coming.

Get ready Rochester - a @TMobile Customer Experience Center is coming to ROC. Had the privilege of just touring the @tmobilecenter in Charleston- and there is nothing like it. I was joined by Larry Petrone- who will lead Rochester’s CES. @RochesterChambr

Rochester’s future @TMobile Customer Experience Center will have 1K employees, a restaurant/food/gym/massage chairs, a karaoke room/picnic area/so many innovative amenities that will make this place so special. Happy employees = Happy Customers
