Oh. A federal judge in Texas just dismissed a lawsuit FBI Director Kash Patel filed against former FBI official and MSNBC analyst Frank Figliuzzi. The $250 million suit alleged Figliuzzi "fabricated" claims that Patel was frequently in nightclubs rather than being at work. Doesn't look like Kash's lawsuit against The Atlantic is gonna fare much better. 🍿

Democrats did not want to do any mid-decade redistricting. It was Trump who started it in June 2025 with a phone call to Greg Abbott after more special election losses. Dems warned they’d respond. But Texas did it anyway - without the consent of the voters. Then Dems responded.

If Republicans hate the CA and VA redistricting, they can thank the person responsible - Donald J. Trump. None of it would’ve been possible without his leadership on this issue.
