Giving time for staff to lead new ideas is so important. Our amazing Wellbeing lead Leona spent time re designing the staff room to a welcoming environment with a relaxed area to watch tv. Encouraging staff to use their breaks when on duty 🪴📺☕️ @Jennip1981
