Some ppl are brain rotted/uneducated, body fat and body composition is what matters the most. you can absolutely be 5’10 180 toned and fit. Most body builders are obese and overweight according to BMI this is why I’m inactive cuz I’m done arguing with stupid ppl 💀

Theyre saying 180lbs 5’10 is unhealthy. I was completely healthy and active and had a bunch of energy at 180lbs 6’1, this was me 180lbs for reference. It isn’t too far fetched to say 180lbs is lean for someone of similar stature, fat % is what matters

@r0settast0ner @avmeowvry For saying something that is….the literal thing it is. Okay. Go off then. Fat is a subjective word also. And you can’t tell if someone is their weight by looking at them, either. Not typically unless you’re personally just that good at guessing

@r0settast0ner @avmeowvry BMI Is where the height weight ratio of ow/uw comes from, typically. Like the scaling or whatever. When people talk about being overweight they are using BMI scale for comparison. Esp since most people can’t tell what a weight looks like without out it. Across the board I mean

yall ever purge for non ed reasons? Like if u feel very nauseous after drinking a lot of alcohol and eating junk (even if u dont care about calories in that situation) youll just purge to feel a bit more comfortable?

All the stuff you’re saying is just cope and new age bs normalizing people being overweight when humans never have been
