GCSR has generated empirical evidence regarding the quality of CPGs pertaining to stroke rehabilitation within Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). Furthermore, GCSR aims to explore user experiences concerning the implementation of these CPGs in LMIC settings.

GCSR works with the vision of establishing comprehensive system of stroke rehab to address the diverse needs of patients while promoting inclusivity and affordability- To create a world of relevant, high quality, patient-centric, accessible and affordable stroke rehab services.

The ultimate aim is to devise strategies for effectively integrating current evidence into stroke rehab by exploring various avenues to ensure that the latest research findings & best practices are translated into tangible & impactful solutions for improving patient outcomes.

However, the organization harbours a broader vision, aspiring to facilitate the translation of existing evidence among pertinent stakeholders. This ambition is pursued through a multifaceted approach, including the development of educational and awareness initiatives.

By adopting a multifaceted approach, we can better address the complexities and challenges inherent in the implementation of evidence-based practices in stroke rehabilitation, thereby striving towards more effective and equitable care for individuals affected by stroke.

While capacity building represents a pivotal aspect of this endeavour, it is essential to recognize that it is just one facet among several potential solutions.
