I built my teenage son Andrew an AI music coach (Mozart) on top of @JoshDaws's Carson. Two months ago he was nervous to start. This week he's writing real pieces and asking for feedback on them. That's what AI is actually doing — quietly, for one kid at a time.

Adam’s transformation into He-man didn’t bring him confidence the way it did in the cartoon. That was very frustrating.

Masters of the Universe is one of those movies that seems almost embarrassed to be Masters of the Universe. I loved a lot of the character and creature designs, and honestly that's carrying most of my rating - barely 3 stars.

There’s a spiral of silence going on regarding AI. The anti-AI folks are a lot more vocal so regular folks who use AI and find it valuable are quiet about it which makes it seem like anti-AI sentiment is more widespread than it is.
I get DMs all the time from people telling me the cool things they’re doing with AI. They don’t want anyone to know they’re using AI because they don’t want the hassle of the backlash.
