We made it home. I go back in two weeks to get the stitches in the knee removed. They put a picc line in my arm tha feeds through my whole chest, freaky stuff. I have to keep it for the next six weeks. Four shots a day, it cannot get wet. So much fun. Praying for an expedited recovery from this infection and healing in my knee.

Canceled my account with @Stash after 5+ years. Reported suspicious activity, and their support told me to “contact the merchant” to dispute it — instead of handling it as fraud. That’s not how banking security works. If you trust them with your money, maybe rethink that.

@abcdefg58577196 @Stash Visa and Mastercard dispute rules apply to chargebacks — not to how a bank handles reported unauthorized activity. And for the record, I already contacted their support. That’s the issue.

Under Regulation E (12 CFR §1005.11), unauthorized transactions are required to be investigated by the financial institution — not pushed back on the customer to resolve with a merchant. Reporting fraud to your bank is literally the correct procedure, by law

@Stash I’ve already contacted your support team. The issue isn’t whether the transaction completed — it’s that an unauthorized withdrawal was attempted using my account information, and your team dismissed it because no money was taken. That’s not acceptable.
