@SydneyLWatson Im a december kid and when I played hockey. In grade 6 all the guys on my competitive team were all in grade 8. So it does make sense. Same with when I raced bmx I raced a year older than I was. You race the age you turn that year.

@btc_charlie Depends. If your starting out its alot easier to lose weight then when your already in a healthy routine. Also supplements can play a big role on this. I lost 110 lbs of fat over the last 5 years. The first year was 5 lbs a month then it slowed.
