Start taking your mental stat today. This is the most important stat of all. Was my full routine adhered to and did I execute with a quiet mind? Make a record for each shot you didn't. Compare this record to your score after 18. The higher your committed % the lower your scores.

If you're not improving everyday at your allotted skill, someone else will be and you will be left behind! Set up a daily routine so you ask yourself, "how am I going to get better today". It doesn't have to be a huge goal, remember, slow and steady wins the race.
