I’m debating skipping ahead to the Gospels. What do you recommend I do: Read the bible from front to back or skip ahead and read the Gospels (or entire New Testament) and then go back to the Old Testament.

The man was chasing and assaulting the Thai woman. He started beating her standing, knocking her to the floor. People nearby told him to stop, but he didn't. He continued beating her for nearly another minute, until the situation progressed to what is shown in the video. And yes, he deserved a construction brick. The person who used the brick to strike the vicious blow, was another Thai woman who had been watching the whole incident. She opened his head up, then casually walked away.
