@Gumdrop844 @shankysanghi @chelseaaabee_ Was renting a three bedroom house whilst in my apprenticeship, granted two of us so could afford it but I know of one guy who scrimped/saved whilst doing his to afford a decent deposit for a mortgage when he completed his.

@shankysanghi @Dry_Come @chelseaaabee_ In my apprenticeship (electrical/mechanical engineering) we did get rises each year leading to a set percentage of skilled wage each time, canโt speak for all companies but I feel I my area that was the normal. Plus money could be made from doing overtime, which helped at times.

I read somewhere that apprenticeship cost is covered by employer.
Because, when you are in apprenticeship. Eventually, the employer do find a way, to put you to profitable work.

@hornby Favourite model is one Iโve yet to get right, a rather niche Plasser & Theurer 08-12. Measured and based around 73913, Iโve done a few test prints and not been happy, going back to revise the CAD artwork.

If youโre going to fly the Union Jack/Flag, at least hang it fucking correctly. Schoolboy error, goes against flag etiquette if you want to adorn yourself/your property in such things.

She planned to give a speech about โBritish Cultureโ, the content of which was seen by teachers. Donโt know what it contained, but she was sent home at that point. She now plans to speak at the Tommy Robinson Fash event. Which gives you a clue as to the nature of her speech.
