Just want to do a shout out for @Se_Railway guard at Faversham tonight 18.22. He saw me struggling to walk, as lift was out of action, and offered me his arm to walk out the station. He went over and beyond,too many ppl use this platform to complain

@Se_Railway It was a man by the exit who noticed me and walked down the ramp and walked me up again to the exit by the taxi rank on Forbes Rd

Not often I'm lost for words on air. Yet I admit i was a bit baffled how to answer a question read out on #ThisMorning about a couple who've only just found out/realised the mortgage they've had for 40yrs was interest only. Details were scant so it was tough to work out what to say other than to point them to get 1-on-1 help.
