Dubai Airport today (18 March)... this is the arrivals immigration line, not exit. Plenty of passengers queuing, luggage everywhere, people from all over still pouring in. Compared to the insane crowds of 2024/early 2025, it’s calmer, but calling it a “ghost town” is way off... the airport is still very much operational and welcoming.

@ZahidlBaloch جی ہاں بھائی ! یہ خبر بالکل درست ہے۔ سہیل شاہین (قطر میں افغان سفیر اور طالبان کے اہم ترجمان) نے حالیہ بیان میں واضح طور پر کہا ہے کہ افغان حکومت تحریری ضمانت دینے کو تیار ہے کہ افغانستان کی سرزمین پاکستان کے خلاف کسی بھی قسم کے حملوں یا دہشت گردی کے لیے استعمال نہیں ہوگی۔

افغان طالبان پاکستان کو تحریری ضمانت دینے کیلئے تیار ہوگئے ۔ طالبان رہنما شعیب شاہین کا کہنا ہے کہ وہ لکھ کر دینے کیلئے تیار ہیں کہ افغانستان کی سرزمین پاکستان کے خلاف استعمال نہیں ہوگی ۔ یہ پاکستان کا دیرینہ مطالبہ رہا ہے لیکن اس سے قبل افغان طالبان نے ہمیشہ اس سے انکار کیا ہے ۔ اور پہلی بار ہے کہ افغان طالبان کی جانب سے ٹھوس یقین دہانیوں کی بات کی جارہی ہے ۔ لیکن شاید دیر ہوچکی ہے ۔ کیوں کہ امریکہ سے بھی افغان طالبان نے تحریری معاہدہ کیا مگر اس پر عمل نہیں ہوا اور افغان طالبان نے بشیر زیب اور نور ولی محسود جیسے لوگوں کو افغان سرزمین پر پناہ دی ان کی سرپرستی کی اور پاکستان میں دہشتگردی کے واقعات کرائے ۔ اب ترکیہ سعودی عرب اور قطر گارنٹی لیں کہ پاکستان میں افغانستان سے دہشتگردی نہیں ہوگی تو شاید پاکستان اس پر غور کرے ۔ ساتھ پاکستان کو حزب اسلامی اور شمالی اتحاد کو بھی سیاسی اسپیس دینے کا مطالبہ رکھنا چاہیے تاکہ کابل میں بیلنس حکومت ہو ۔ اور طالبان کو کھلی چھوٹ بالکل نہیں دینی چاہیے ۔ یہ ناقابل بھروسہ ہیں ۔
