Our #Bristol office is officially open! Today is an exciting day for KAM; not only are we celebrating the launch of our sixth UK office, we are also welcoming new director, Craig Short, and senior associate, Adam Rohan to the team.

We are delighted to announce practical completion at G-Park Mammoth 602 in Doncaster. This net zero carbon project is the largest and most sustainable logistics building in the North of England. KAM provided cost management and employer’s agent services for client, GLP UK.

Last week, the KAM team came together to celebrate another great quarter! Our “One Team Delivering Excellence” approach extends beyond the usual 9-5, and celebrating our wins as a team is just one way we promote a collaborative team culture in everything we do.

Please join us in congratulating KAM project manager, James Pettit, who successfully completed the #ParisMarathon last weekend. And as if taking part wasn’t enough, James even managed to exceeded his target by raising more than £5,000 for mental health charity Mind!

Last week, KAM director and co-founder, Kevin Sims, joined the panel at the IAS Industrial & Logistics conference in London. Kevin was able to share his knowledge and thoughts on construction costs of multi storey DC’s, together with the impact of inflation in the sector.

Well done to our fantastic KAM team who have just completed a 24-hour treadmill challenge to raise funds for @MindBLMK. We are proud to say the team exceeded their 135km target, covering a huge 174.21km! 💪 Thank you to @gonoblepro for kindly donating us the treadmill.

In honour of #InternationalWomensDay, we wanted to take this time to celebrate KAM’s talented female employees, who continually #BreakTheBias by pushing the boundaries, challenging expectations, and shining in what is a predominantly male industry.

We are delighted to announce that Unit 1 at G-Park Milton Keynes has reached completion. The 117,000 sq ft unit has been built to a BREEAM Excellent rating. Unit 2 is due to reach completion in the next few weeks and will offer an additional 140,000 sq ft of industrial space.

KAM are pleased to announce that phase one works at Catalyst Bicester have reached practical completion. The project involved the construction of four state-of-the-art industrial units ranging between 21,000 and 38,000 sq ft for client, @AlbionLandLtd.

KAM are pleased to announce the commencement of the steelwork at Panattoni Park Aylesford. We are excited to see this significant milestone achieved and look forward to seeing the development come to life as above ground works continue to progress.

Works at Project Thorn Turn are progressing at pace for clients, @FieraRealEstate & @Wrenbridge. The development will see the construction of four buildings with a total internal area of 95,908 sq ft. The team are working towards achieving an EPCA and a BREEAM Excellent rating.

KAM are delighted to announce that works have commenced on the construction of 11nr new build residential flats at Moat Lane, #Towcester. KAM are providing employer’s agent & cost management services for client, Clayson Country Homes, working alongside, Duggan Associates.
