CA allowed him to participate in the auction, they get commission for each player and once he got selected for us all-round skills, they didn't give him NOC to bowl. This is unfair practice. Instead, like BCCI, they could have from the start not allowed cameron green in the auction itself (which the BCCI does with its players) so that the team could go for another player.
