Between 01 April 2024 and 31 March 2025, @UHSFT received 21,352 responses to our Friends and Family Test (FFT) Feedback Surveys.
94.08% of patients rated their overall experience of UHS as "Very Good" or "Good".

Our Emergency Department is extremely busy. We are prioritising people with life or limb threatening conditions. If your condition is not an emergency and you come to our ED this evening you should expect to wait at least nine hours to be seen [1/2] ๐๐ผ

@LukeSmithF1 We were there - show was what we were expecting, I didn't think it was too over the top and actually did engage you. The actual launches though, they were lacklustre. Too much reliance on the screens and not enough done on the stage for my liking. Still, enjoyed the evening!

We are working with Southern Water on contingency arrangements to ensure our hospitals continue to maintain water supplies.
