The dead bug is a simple core exercise: Lie on your back, arms straight up, knees bent 90° over hips. Brace your core (lower back flat on floor). Slowly extend one arm overhead and opposite leg straight out, hovering just above ground. Return to start, alternate sides. 10-15 reps/side. Great for deep abs without back strain—keeps you stable like a "dead bug" flipped over. Try it!
