Can someone please explain to me how we have all this extra oil to sell to other countries, but gas is over $4/gallon here as if there’s some sort of shortage.

@TedLogan1010 She's confusing Medicare & Medicaid. Medicare is for those over 65 & you pay into it your entire life, just like Social Security. Medicaid is basically medical welfare for low income. Medicare doesn't recoup but Medicaid does upon death, as it should.
