@wolfhatfacts It will be felony murder on the driver/thief. The cop in no way could know/reasonably foresee the baby was there; the parent driving DID know and assumed the risk. As to the shooting, a cop has to defend himself and a car is a deadly weapon. Poor little baby.

He should have cleared the men’s room made sure it was safe and took them in there I raised 5 girls as a single father I have no buisness in the women’s room . This man is useing his kids to gain access to the women’s restroom… and if you don’t see it you may have some problems your self .

A father at QuikTrip checked the women’s restroom first and found it empty, so he took his two young daughters inside to use it. While they were washing their hands, another man walked in and started yelling that a guy had no business being in the women’s bathroom with his daughters.
