I have a very active mind that's hard to turn off.
So I turn on a bedside radio with just enough volume to hear, (w/ sleep timer) and listen to BBC radio.
My mind pays attention to that and drifts off, leaving my own life's concern's behind.
For me, works like a charm.
@KQEDForum@FieldworkBrewCo@AlmanacBeer IPA is essentially a more bitter beer because of the extra hops. People like it because it's all the rage, but have really no idea the bitterness is what makes it IPA.
If you gave them a bitter beer, but didn't tell them it's an IPA, they probably would decide for the sweeter one
