@pixxyale644 It helps to actually do some research first... There are clearly not enough options for all the dietary needs for students on campus and the university knows this. To make matters worse the food that is provided is often poorly labeled, or even mislabeled, on its ingredients.

“Brooks said that at the meeting she was encouraged by the university to cook her own meals and was told there would be no gluten free options on campus this year besides grab and go meals.” Truly horrible to hear coming from a place that claims to “put students first”...
