@Donna__McLean Good luck, it's a nightmare what we've had to accept from GP services these last 15 years or so. Ours have moved to the NHS app which is a little better but it means the elderly or those without the tech are phoning for a tiny number of appointments still left!

@KevinAdams I can barely get a GP appointment here, but I've heard good things! Maybe next on the list. I've been taking magnesium for a while, so I seem to get to sleep better initially, but waking up regularly in the middle of the night.

Things I Don't Understand #1 Why do Xmas card manufacturers still insist on having wintery scenes of snow covered houses and snowmen and it always snows at Xmas in films but in reality, global warming has meant we hardly ever get snow in December ?
