Now all of the homes are being foreclosed on!
Turns out the HOA took in advance of $ 300,000 in cash upfront that needs to be paid back to the construction company!
If you divide the $300,000 into all the homes itโs about a $20,000 per Home fee!

It is over emphasized in the docs because it is such a common complaint. But streets are tight. Cars on both sides sucks balls.
