@SocietiDog Okay cool, we do regular loaves and mine get big, but also it could be the fresh flour since it’s heavier than storebought. This was a hard white wheat berry with yeast and 60 day old discard!

@KitDragonFlight he's uses yeast but you can just use you starter insted for the bread

First sourdough discard loaf with the new starter!!! Taste test soon…was too excited to share to wait for all pics! It didn’t rise a lot but my house was not super warm at that point, or it was too much water. I’ll figure it out though!!!
