Watch out for @KnowRoaming. There's some kind of racket running on their website. Turns out Londiwe who was not helpful is also talking to my @FNBSA banker who was puzzled why Londiwe said I contacted her. It's two different issues but clearly Know Roaming is the bank's partner.
