Time don't wait for your mental health to be better, it doesn't wait for your nervous system to heal. All those time lost you may never get back but you also can't move forward till you start to heal. It's one of the hardest spots to stand in life cause you don't know if you'll even get better and even if you do get better, you don't know if you'll have enough time to get the life you truly want
