I changed my diet about a month ago to exclusively ruminant meat (cow, bison, lamb), dairy ( heavy cream in my coffee, whole milk), saturated fats (tallow, butter, ghee), and fruits/fruit juice. I have never felt better in my life. Boundless energy, clear head, motivation. To each their own, but I would rather feel great then feel terrible, even if I have a heart attack in 20 years.
