We had a fantastic time last week at the national finals of the First Tech Challenge. The 40 best teams from the UK competed and although the girls didn’t come away a prise they were the highest placed Welsh team! @lewisgirlssch @CaerphillyCBC @WG_Education @lewisgirlssch

Another one of our skills projects all finished, year 7 ,Fixtures Skills Bot, uses lots of different fixtures, 3 types of wood and has the skills to skateboard! @WG_Education @EAS_STEM @CaerphillyCBC @lewisgirlssch

After a very long day in Birmingham the girls came away with the “Motivate award” and a place in the UK national finals being held at Cambridge! An amazing day with lots of learning as well as fun at the First Tech Challenge! @lewisgirlssch @WG_Education @CaerphillyCBC @EAS_STEM
