@LabLehtio @FehrLab Congrats! I can't access the full-text... Does the poly-ADP-ribosylation of nsp3 or other viral proteins directly inhibit virus RNA replication... or does Mac-1 mask virus from the recognition by some TLRs (an innate immunity connection...) either restored by Mac1 inhibitor?

Our paper on oligomerization of DTX3L E3 ubiquitin ligase and how this allows DTX3L-PARP9 compex to recognize ADP-ribosylated proteins is now online in Protein Science. Structure was solved with sulphur SAD @DiamondLightSou #PARP #BiocenterOulu #UniOulu
