Girl, cheating is not the only deal breaker in a relationship. It includes a man not meeting your needs, a man not keeping his words, a man gaslighting & manipulating U, a man not reciprocating the love U give, not who fails to show up for you physically but also emotionally !!

women are reciprocators, not initiators. you lead, she follows. you put in effort, she returns it. you make her feel good, she mirrors it. that’s the only way it works

men, after causing the emotional instability:

ever since i read ‘an argument is two people rushing to be the victim’ i looked at arguing completely different. it’s either we’re having a civil conversation or none at all.

Call me extreme but people’s inconsistency deserves to be met with the removal of your presence. I’m not talking about the one or two times it happens. It’s about how they have made it a habit to keep the connection unstable because of their refusal to show up

detaching daily. not because i’m heartless. but because i’ve learned how dangerous it is to keep handing your heart to people who hold it like it’s disposable.

They’ll talk about how you reacted but never about the trauma they put you through to get you there. Then when you finally break, they’ll label you. “BPD, Bipolar, Unhinged” It’s easier to label you broken than admit they were the ones who bent you out of shape.

“They’re using you”. Actually, they’re receiving genuine love from me while they play themselves bc one thing about life, is that it always catches up to you sooner or later. I’ll never regret the kindness I pour out.🫶🏽

get away from a guy friend if their girlfriend is not ok with it. No matter what your intentions are just maintain distance.

I think my biggest pet peeve is somebody playing on my intelligence... like I'm slow? or like I don't be paying attention or like I can't put two and two together… or like I dont be listening.

What made letting go easier for me is realising I was never the problem. Some ppl don’t want love; they want freedom from accountability, expectations, from the weight of consistency. They’ll entertain you for as long as your boundaries and standards are low.
