@Royal_Greenwich What if we had been away when this random date had been chosen for a parking suspension? Would we have been fined for leaving our car parked on the street we pay an extortionate amount of money to park on?

@Royal_Greenwich We received a parking ticket for parking on our own street, which we pay a lot of money to park on. A temporary parking restriction was put in place for a tree to be cut down, but no one on the street was informed of the change to the parking rules.

@Royal_Greenwich Hi again. We have come home from holiday and found that our appeal has been denied. This is completely unacceptable. What stops the council from putting random parking suspensions in place without informing residents of the street as a money making scheme?

@tapairportugal we have been on hold trying to get through to someone in customer service for half an hour. We are trying to book flights but your website keeps saying “it was not possible to book the flights you selected.” The price is going up every day. Can I speak to someone?

@ParkmobileUK you’ve asked me to update my payment details for an outstanding payment. The app won’t accept any card as a new payment type, the phone number and email address don’t recognise my phone number so won’t allow me to update billing information that way. Help.

@HMRCcustomers There are 2 rows. Balancing payment which shows the amount in my tax return which I paid already, and below that "Adjustment from tax return on 15 Mar 2021" which shows the additional amount it says I'm owing. And overall it says I owe that second row.

@LauraJeanR Thanks. So does it say an amount is now owing from the 15th March as a balancing payment or is the figure nil? James

@HMRCcustomers 2019-2020 and I submitted it in January, and paid in full straight away.

@HMRCcustomers Hi! I’ve worked it out. It says it’s a “balance from tax return on 15 March 2021” I’ve not filed a tax return this year or amended it at all. What could this mean?

@LauraJeanR Hi. if you go into your online account and then "More self assessment details" . The select "submitted returns" and "view account". It should then show your up to date statement which will also show anything actually owed on there. James

@HMRCcustomers Hi James. I did submit online. My pdf of my tax return and the online tax calculation I can see on my account both say the amount I paid. It's only the "tax year overview" which says a different amount.

@LauraJeanR Hi. Did you submit the return online? If so I would recommend checking the online statement and this will clarify if anything is owed? James
